Items from ARM Motorsports are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of excessive wear or damage caused by misuse or neglect.
Any used item purchased from ARM Motorsports is a final sale.
2. Return Process:
- Prior to returning the item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. They will provide you with an RMA number.
- Please securely package the item, including all accessories and original packaging, to prevent any damage during transit.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of the return shipment.
3. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the return.
4. Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.
- The original outgoing shipping costs are deducted from the total return amount.
- Any missing components will be deducted from the total return amount.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Items that have been modified or altered from their original condition.
- Items without a valid proof of purchase.
