    Shipping and Deliveries

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    Some of our products qualify for free shipping! If it does, there will be a free shipping icon on the product page below the price. To take advantage of the free shipping for qualified items the shipping address must be in the continental US (excludes AK, HI, and PR). Your order will typically ship out within 24 hours of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends, and includes a tracking number so you can see when your products are going to arrive.     Missing Item Policy
    If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In order to help us resolve the issue quickly, we require the following:
    • A photo of everything you received in the shipment
    • A photo of the packing slip or shipping label on the box
    This information allows us to verify what was shipped and take appropriate action. Claims made after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
    Damage in Shipping Policy
    If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, we require:
    • Photos of the damaged item(s)
    • Photos of the packaging, including the box and any protective materials
    These details are necessary for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or resolution. Damage claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for coverage.


    Free same day shipping* is available on most orders placed BEFORE 1:00 PM CST Monday-Friday. Your order will be shipped out the same day you place the order, this DOES NOT include free expedited shipping. Orders will be shipped with the free shipping method unless expedited shipping is purchased by the customer.
