N63 CHARGE PIPE INSTALL GUIDE

Required Hardware

• 5mm Allen Wrench
• 10mm Socket
• Pick tool
• White-out (Optional)
• Dremel tool with cut off wheel

STEP 1

Remove engine cover.

STEP 2

Loosen the 5mm hex bolts holding the V-Band clamps onto the turbos .

STEP 3

Cut the OEM one time use clamps holding the hose to the intercoolers using a dremel tool.

STEP 4

Pry the hose off with a pick tool. 

STEP 5

Remove both OEM charge pipes.

Note
There are several positions you can have the meth port pointing depending on how your meth kit is set up.  It is easiest to install the silicone hoses onto the intercoolers and mark on the silicone hose where you want the meth port to line up. 

The sharper angled hose will install onto the driver side turbo, while the smoother hose will install onto the passenger side turbo. 

STEP 6

Then you can remove the hoses from the intercoolers, install the aluminum component into them with the meth port in the correct position, then install the entire assembly into the vehicle.  

NOTE

Make sure to pre-install the clamps onto the hoses before installing them!

The clamps will use a 10mm socket.

STEP 7
The ARM Charge Pipe V-Band will connect to the turbos using the OEM V-Band clamps. Make sure the O-rings are in good condition and sitting properly before installing the ARM N63 Charge Pipes.

NOTE

If you are not going to use the meth ports, make sure to torque them down to 3ft/lb.

YOU ARE DONE!

You have now successfully installed charge pipes on your N63!
